Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SyftOS marketing website at syftos.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Techshift Digital Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Scope — the website, not the platform
These Terms cover the Site only. They are not the contract for the SyftOS platform. Your use of the SyftOS platform, including any early access, pilot, evaluation or paid subscription, is governed by a separate service agreement (and its data processing terms) entered into when you create a workspace or are onboarded. Where these Terms and that service agreement conflict in respect of the platform, the service agreement prevails.
Who we are
The Site is operated by Techshift Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15218025, with its registered office at 1 The Briars, Waterberry Drive, Waterlooville, PO7 7YH, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@techshift.digital.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Site in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or the servers and networks that host it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site, or circumvent any security or access controls, without our prior written permission;
- use any automated means (scrapers, bots or harvesters) to access, copy or collect content from the Site except for well-behaved search-engine indexing, or to extract data for training a machine-learning model without our consent;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing or malicious material.
About the product information on the Site
SyftOS is a governed Agent-as-a-Service platform. A core principle of the product is that actions which change the outside world are proposed by agents and approved by a person, with a tamper-evident audit trail. Information on the Site describes the platform in general terms, may include forward-looking statements about planned features, and is provided for information only. It does not form part of any contract, and nothing on the Site is an offer, warranty or commitment. Features, availability and pricing may change.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the SyftOS and Techshift names and brands, text, graphics, layout, design and code, are owned by Techshift Digital Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, adapt or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except as the Site's normal operation requires (for example, your browser caching pages). All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or reference third-party websites, products and services. Those are provided for convenience only; we do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data in connection with the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Site at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techshift Digital Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms (together with the documents they reference) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent court.
