Is there a free trial?
SyftOS is in early access, so we do not currently offer a public self-serve free trial. Create a workspace to get started, or book a demo or ask about an early-access pilot if you would like to evaluate first. Each worker has a dry-run sandbox, so you can see exactly what it would do before it does anything.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Both. Monthly billing is the default. Pay yearly and you pay ten months for twelve — two months free. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT.
How do I keep usage under control?
You set per-agent and per-workflow budgets, and when a budget is reached the work stops. Anything that changes the outside world is only ever a proposal until a person approves it in the Approval Centre. Spend, and side effects, cannot run away by design.
What if a digital worker gets it wrong?
It cannot act on a mistake. By default every action that touches the outside world waits for human approval, and you can reject with a reason. You can test against real context in the dry-run sandbox first, constrain each tool with guardrails, and every action is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail. Workers never approve their own work.
What is the difference between Growth and Fleet?
Both are self-serve and share the same governance and oversight tools. Growth suits a workforce run day to day; Fleet gives you much more capacity — 50 digital workers, 25 seats and far higher monthly usage — for a fixed £999/mo platform fee, run from your own console. Higher-volume usage is agreed up front, never metered by surprise.
Do I need to bring my own AI provider?
No. SyftOS handles the models; the moat is governance, not the underlying model. You can also constrain which AI providers a worker may use and control how long run history and audit data are kept; on Enterprise we contract data-residency and retention to your policy.
